BOLO Scroll Bar going too fast [priority: LOW]

Not sure if bug or feature request, so feel free to move it to Feature Requests.
I noticed the scroll bar for the BOLOs is way to fast. I think the reason for that might be the amount of characters used in this particular BOLO, but I was not able to read it, eventhough I have my browser on fullscreen on a 27" monitor. I remember other BOLOs in the scrollbar being slower, that's why I think it might be the amount of characters (the longer the BOLO the quicker it moves?!)
