I created a traffic stop call inside the LEO CAD system and added a complete description. The traffic stop call went through with no issues but when I went to close the CAD call after issuing my citation, the call I created or any other calls were no longer visible on the right sidebar. I am a supervisor and was using my supervisor CAD. There is no way for me to detach/attach/create any new calls after this issue. I cannot mark myself back available as it says I am still on an active call "You need to close your active call before changing to a status other than On-Scene." Thank you.
