Show info when locking License Plate

When you lock a license plate in your plate reader, it should run the plate through cad and show the info ingame (like as if you'd do /pc and run the license plate manually).
That would make it even easier to run plates and see who owns it etc. with just a click of a button..

I just spoke to the team about this tonight, this is a FANTASTIC IDEA on the lock. This will be done. Moving to planned, ETA soon - Ryan/Grav will start working on it shortly! Will update you once complete!
