Spammed 25 plates I wanted, forgot I needed some for LEO. Deleted 2 to add some LEO's and it still says I have 25 total. No clue how to fix this.

So this is partially a bug, so thank you for the report. Please watch video #3 - when plates are deleted they are placed on cooldown for an unspecified time to prevent the sale of license plates. The check for deletion seems messed up at the moment for this calculation, I'm working on this now Update shortly!
