Have a functionality for Pre-Placed props to be spawned at the border crossings to avoid the constant abuse/miss-placement of props at the border crossings, this will stop the stupidity, and mean that time can be spent elsewhere, also make them removeable/placement by a command i.e

/borderspawn paleto true (Spawns)

/borderspawn paleto flase (despawns)
