Supervisor Permission Dispatch Mode
Figz_126
Supervisors are unable to disable dispatch mode. This should be a feature as we have had a few dispatch leave dispatch mode on and this caused CAD to be unusable as we could not attach ourselves to calls.

The logic as designed: When in Dispatch Mode, the only person who can route would be Dispatch. It would be locked to that individual. We have additional logic planned on the dispatch centric views that will allow supervisors to kick out active dispatch if needed - ultimately turning off Dispatch mode. This will be addressed, linking up for visibility.

Creating Groups
Figz_126
Supervisors/regular units are not able to create groups while Dispatch Mode is active. This is a bug because dispatch says we should have access to create our own groups even if Dispatch Mode is active.

This will be address in the Dispatch Centric Views. - Linking!

Unit Segregation
C. Goatee
Units seem to be very cluttered on the UI, doesn’t appear to be sorted in any way. Possibly using discord API to see which RTO they’re in and then sorting alphabetically.

Linking up with Dispatch Centric views, I believe your ask will be solved with this.
